In March 2007, JBCF launched its first service by opening a medical and dental clinic in Muksudpur Union, Dohar Upazila.

The community of Dohar is deprived of proper medical and education facilities. Only one general hospital in the huge area of 161.49 km2 limits the availabitily of a doctor in order to seek health care. In addition, no dentist is available in the area.

Prior to ensure the basic needs like medical and education facilities for the general people, JBCF started its first service by opening a health clinic under the MDS project on March 2007. The clinic is distributing health consultation and nutrition counseling free of chage every Friday and Saturday. A medical camp is also arranged all over the country.

In order to deliver, the maximum medical support JBCF determines to increase the number of health and consultation and clinics in the other parts of Bangladesh in near future.
